read me files

Hey I just downloaded the 32 bit windows vista and I only have the read me file like alot of other people. I have burned it as an image and there is more than 3gb used on the dvd but there is only the readme file. The only thing that different in my problem is the install works on my other computer just not on the one I downloaded it on. Only suggestions? Thanks, PJ

If you're only seeing the readme, then you burned a data disk, not a bootable image disk.
